Back in 2015 I had the idea to create a dollhouse for Alice’s 3rd birthday. I didn’t really have a plan for it or anything, just had some extra plywood and the idea in my head for what I wanted it to look like.
The frame of the structure was pretty easy to create using mostly my table saw. I used a jigsaw to cut the curves in the doors and windows. The roof shingles were created from cutting thick popsicle crafting sticks and gluing them on top of each other. I also glued on some moulding around the top of the house.
Ragon primed and painted it, and she ended up putting up some wallpaper with some fancy striped paper we had. It was a fun weekend project.
